Abstract

This sphygmomanometer (100) is provided with a blood pressure measurement unit (220) that measures a blood pressure of a user on the basis of a pulse wave signal during a pressurization process of increasing a cuff pressure indicating an inner pressure of a cuff (20) worn on a part of the user to be measured. The blood pressure measurement unit (220) sets a pressurization speed during a predetermined period of the pressurization process lower than the pressurization speed during a period other than the predetermined period of the pressurization process. The predetermined period is set on the basis of a timing at which the amplitude of the pulse wave signal during the pressurization process takes the maximum or a timing at which the cuff pressure during the pressurization process takes an average blood pressure of the user. The sphygmomanometer (100) further comprises a determination unit (230) that determines arrhythmia of the user on the basis of the pulse wave signal during the pressurization process.

Abstract

The present invention includes a pressing cuff for compressing a measurement target site. A sensing cuff containing a pressure transmission fluid is provided on an inner circumferential side of the pressing cuff. A pressure at a rising start point and a pressure at a peak point indicated by a pressure pulse wave for each beat are obtained by subtracting a direct current component of data representing a pressure of the pressing cuff from data representing a pressure of the sensing cuff in the process of depressurization. A first time point at which the pressure at the peak point for each beat transitions between a zero level and a positive value is obtained. A second time point at which the pressure at the rising start point for each beat transitions between the zero level and the positive value is obtained.

Abstract

A nebulizer comprising a power supply system of the present invention performs wireless power supply from a power transmission-side circuit to a power reception-side circuit. The power transmission-side circuit transmits a power to the power reception-side circuit at a certain oscillation frequency through a power transmission coil. In the power reception-side circuit, a power reception coil and a load configure a power reception-side resonance circuit to determine a resonance frequency of the power reception-side resonance circuit. When the resonance frequency of the power reception-side resonance circuit changes due to a change in an impedance of a load during power supply, a control unit controls an oscillation frequency to maintain a power transmission efficiency from the power transmission-side circuit to the power reception-side circuit.

Abstract

The present invention provides a management system for facilitating and increasing the security of pairing between an information terminal and a measurement device, and provides a measurement device, an information terminal, and an operation program for the information terminal that can be used for the management system. A blood pressure gauge (10) acquires a character string, generates a hash value from the character string using a predetermined algorithm, and displays the character string on a display unit (15). Then, if the blood pressure gauge (10) receives the same information as the hash value from a smartphone (20) with which a near field communication-based connection has been established, the blood pressure gauge (10) exchanges with the smartphone (20) encryption information for near field communication and registers same. The smartphone (20) captures an image of the character string displayed on the display unit (15), acquires the character string from the captured image, generates a hash value from the acquired character string using the same algorithm as the predetermined algorithm, and transmits the generated hash value to the blood pressure gauge (10) with which a near field communication-based connection has been established.
