Abstract
Systems and methods for automated rapid medical triage include processing systems (100) to receive a per-visit intake record comprising data representative of a chief complaint and a history of a present illness (HPI) associated with a user visit. The per-visit intake record is matched to a visit type record of a visit template library including a plurality of visit type records based on a matching set of visit type attributes to data representative of the chief complaint and the history of the HPI. A test attribute of the visit type record indicative of an applicable diagnostic test is identified. An emergency attribute of the visit type record indicating that the chief complaint and the HPI form an emergency is identified, and the per-visit intake record is updated by appending a visit type identify identifying the visit type record.

Abstract
Systems and methods enable self-organized queue-based telemedicine on a platform using processing systems (100) to receive an intake record including data representative of a chief complaint and a history of a present illness (HPI). A capability indicia representing a set of capabilities associated with the chief complaint and a visit type of the intake record is determined, and an entry time of the intake record is determined. A provider profile is determined according to provider capability indicia of a provider logged on to the virtual waiting room matching the capability indicia. A provider record link is generated including a data item representing the intake record for the provider profile. A provider queue for the provider profile is updated to include the intake record according to a chronological order according to the entry time for display in a virtual waiting room interface of the provider.

Abstract
Systems and methods of the present disclosure include processors (110) to receive an image, detect edges in the image according to object edges and determine edge measurements for each edge to produce line features. The line features are used to determine relative measurements between pairs of the line features and compare the relative measurements to model relative measurements associated with pairs of model line features of a model of the object-of-interest to identify matching pairs. The processor employ the matching pairs and the model to determine an object location for a matching object based on a scaling and rotation of the model according to differences between the relative measurements and the model relative measurements. The processors generate a modified image of the image to identify a boundary of the matching object based on the object location to identify the object and its position within the image.

Abstract
Systems and methods for automated dynamic symptom-based patient intake on an electronic platform includes a processing system (100) to receive a per-visit intake record including data representative of a chief complaint of a user visit. An intake graphical user interface (GUI) sequence is determined including a set of user selectable history of present illness (HPI) prompts from a library of intake templates based on the chief complaint. History of present illness (HPI) data is received from a user computing device based on user selections of the set of user selectable HPI prompts, and the per-visit intake record is updated by appending the HPI data. The per-visit intake record is matched to at least one provider profile based on a matching set of provider capabilities to the per-visit intake record, and the per-visit intake record is presented on a screen of associated with each provider profile.

Abstract
Systems and methods for automated patient diagnosis and treatment decisioning includes processing systems (100) to receive a per-visit intake record including data representative of a chief complaint of a history of a present illness (HPI) associated with a user visit. A predictive algorithm is determined on a visit type recorded in the per-visit intake record, and electronic health record (EHR) attribute values for data entries representative of the chief complaint and the HPI in the per-visit intake record are determined using the predictive algorithm. A predictive score is determined based at least in part on the EHR attribute values and the predictive algorithm. A recommendation associated with a most likely condition and a most likely treatment for the HPI associated with the user visit is determined by comparing the predictive score with a diagnostic score of each diagnostic classification code in a diagnostic classification code library.

Abstract
Systems and methods of present disclosure enable reference free color correction with a processing system (110) by receiving a digital image depicting a color-coded subject and determining color-space values associated with color-space channels for each pixel. An area-of-interest (AoI) is determined in a subject depicted in the digital image based on extracted features. A color patch is determined within each AoI based on a subregion of each AoI having a minimum difference between the means or medians of the maxima and minima of color-space values for pixels representing each AoI. A patch of a known color within the color-coded subject having a similar size as each color patch is determined. A color-based analysis model is used to determine a color-based result associated with the AoI based on a difference between each color patch and the calibration patch.

Abstract
A method for image processing medical self-test results receives a digital image of a visual indication of a test result. A digital image is generated of the visual indication of the test result that includes noise and distortions therein. The digital image is processed using generalized curve field transforms to extract relevant features of the digital image in a presence of the noise and distortions to create a transformed image. A diagnosis is generated based upon the transformed image to the plurality of images of the test results.

Abstract
A microfluidic chip system includes an input for receiving the biologic sample, and a first reading window for enabling a detection of the biologic material within the biologic sample. A first plurality of pathways is provided each for determining a treatment agent providing a best treatment efficacy for the predetermined biologic material. A first micro-pump is provided for pumping a portion of the biologic sample into each of the first plurality of pathways. A second plurality of pathways is provided, each for determining a dosage level of a particular one of the plurality of treatment agents with respect to the predetermined biologic material. A plurality of second micro-pumps are provided for pumping a second portion of the biologic sample into a selected one of the second plurality of pathways responsive to the determination of treatment efficacy of the treatment agent providing a best treatment of the predetermined biologic material.
