The present invention relates to a method for handling sterile-material container systems, in particular for separating sterile-material container systems. In a sequence of method steps, the sterile-material containers located in a container transport cart are successively removed, opened, a filter holder is removed from a container lid of the sterile-material container, the used filter inserts arranged in the filter holder are removed, the emptied filter holder is replaced on the container lid, the container lid is placed on a conveyor belt, a strainer basket containing used medical instruments is removed from the container tub of the sterile-material container and likewise placed on a conveyor belt. These method steps are repeated until the container transport cart is completely emptied. In a final step, the emptied container transport cart is transported onwards to a cleaning station. The method for handling sterile-material containers runs completely automatically or partially automatically. The present invention also relates to a sterile-material container handling device, which is able to carry out the method for handling sterile-material containers.

Abstract

The invention relates to a tibial sample implant (1, 100) for use in knee joint replacement surgery, having a lower part (2, 102) which is provided for a tibial fixation, an upper part (3, 103) which is arranged above the lower part in the vertical direction and which comprises a sliding surface (5, 105) that is arranged on the upper face of the upper part and is designed to interact with a femoral component in a sliding manner, and a height adjustment mechanism (E, E') that interacts with the upper part and lower part and can be used to move the upper part in the vertical direction (Z) in a guided manner relative to the lower part between a first setting position, in which the sliding surface is positioned at a first height (H1) above the lower part, and a second setting position, in which the sliding surface is positioned at a second height (H2) above the lower part. According to the invention, the height adjustment mechanism has a cam mechanism with at least one drive gear (6a, 6b, 106a, 106b), which is rotatably mounted on the lower part about a first rotational axis (8a, 8b) oriented parallel to the vertical direction and has a control cam (9a, 9b, 109a, 109b) that ascends in the vertical direction, and at least one output element (7a, 7b, 107a, 107b), which is rotationally fixed to the upper part and has a support section (10a, 10b, 110a, 110b) that is supported on the control cam in a sliding manner, whereby the upper part can be moved between the first setting position and the second setting position by a rotational movement of the drive gear.

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, and in particular, to a laminectomy punch. The laminectomy punch includes a main body provided with a slide rail, a slide bar connected to the main body and a movable handle, where a cutting edge is disposed at the front end of the main body, and the movable handle abuts against the slide bar and can push the slide bar to move along the slide rail, and the laminectomy punch also includes a locking structure arranged on the main body and used to switch a working state or a disassembled state of the laminectomy punch; the locking structure includes a first state and a second state; when the locking structure is in the first state, the movable handle keeps abutting against the slide bar under the limiting action of the locking structure, and the slide bar can move normally along the slide rail, in which case the laminectomy punch is in the working state; and when the locking structure is in the second state, the movable handle can move downwards, the front end of the slide bar lifts up and is separated from the movable handle, the slide bar is away from the slide rail, in which case the laminectomy punch is in the disassembled state. The laminectomy punch of the present invention is easy to disassemble, clean and disinfect, and can be cleaned without being disassembled into components, thereby solving the problem that components are easy to lose.

Abstract

The disclosure relates to a sterile separation element (1) for sterile separation which is intended to be arranged between connectors (10, 11) of a plug connection/electromechanical port (2) and thereby to ensure sterile separation of the connectors (10, 11). The electromechanical port (2) has at least one electrical contact pin (9) which individually penetrates the sterile separation element (1) in such a manner that the sterile separation element (1) directly bears with the full circumference in a pathogen-tight fashion on at least one electrical contact pin (9). The at least one electrical contact pin (9) has two free pin ends which are intended and designed to come into electromechanical or electrically conductive plug contact with mating electrical sockets (12) of at least two leads (5) to be connected.
