Abstract

The present invention relates to: a method for screening for an antimicrobial agent capable of controlling microorganisms causing offensive odor in an air conditioning apparatus; and a method for removing offensive odor in the air conditioning apparatus. The microorganism causing offensive odor in the air conditioning apparatus, of the present invention, can be used in the development of a novel antimicrobial agent or in the development of an aromatic for blocking offensive odor by establishing the chemical properties of metabolites of the microorganisms. In addition, there are various industrial applications such as a use for fundamentally removing the cause of offensive odor by creating, in advance, an environment in which the microorganisms cannot live in the air conditioning apparatus.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing material having excellent sound absorption properties and to a method for manufacturing same; and, more particularly, to a sound-absorbing material, and to a method for manufacturing same, having excellent sound absorption properties in which a wide surface area and an air layer are formed so as to be capable of causing viscous loss in incident acoustic energy and to improve sound absorption rate and transmission loss. Excellent sound absorption properties can be achieved even with a small fiber amount, thereby enabling lightweight design, and a binder fiber having rebound resilience is used so as to improve the sound absorption properties by maximizing the viscous loss of the acoustic energy transmitted to a fiber structure while maintaining a sufficient binding force between fibers.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing material and a method for preparing the sound-absorbing material. More particularly, the sound-absorbing material, which may be prepared by impregnating a binder into a nonwoven fabric formed of a heat- resistant fiber, is provided. The sound-absorbing may have superior sound-absorbing property, flame retardancy, heat resistance and heat-insulating property, thereby being applicable to parts operating at a temperature of 200 °C or greater and being shapeable due to the binder. In addition the method for preparing the sound-absorbing material is provided.
