Abstract
A knitting system includes a seamless circular knitting machine. It has a circular set of needles having a particular number of needles (M), in the range of 500 to 2,500 needles, arranged in a circular pattern; and a knit controller to selectively operate each one of the needles on a needle-by-needle basis. The system includes a digital computational design tool, to receive a bitmap image, having a pixel width resolution that is identical to the particular number of needles; and based on analysis of the bitmap image, to generate and to send knitting instructions to the knit controller of the seamless circular knitting machine, based on direct correlation between (I) a particular Nth pixel in a particular Rth row of the bitmap image, and (II) needle activity of a corresponding particular Nth needle needles when said Nth needle knits the Rth row of a knitted product.

Abstract
Underwear or undergarment, particularly for a female wearer. A seamless knitted-yarn tubular blank is produced and is rotated; a front-side partial-cut is introduced, and a rear-side partial-cut is introduced; thereby forming two leg openings and one waist opening. Optionally, an elastic-free lace band is seamlessly glued or bonded or attached to the region that borders the waist opening. The underwear can be manufactured from a single, seamless, tubular knitted-yarn blank, without leaving or removing or discarding any fabric residues.

Abstract
Garment and clothes that are unravel-free and roll-free. A garment includes a particular garment-region made of knitted fabric. A majority of threads of the knitted fabric are yarns other than a thermally-fused thermoplastic yarn, such as polyester, nylon, polypropylene, cellulose, polyurethane. At least one thread of the knitted fabric is a thermally-fused thermoplastic yarn that is knitted integrally in the knitted fabric and is located within N millimeters from an edge or an opening of the garment, wherein N is in the range of 0 to 10 millimeters. The edge or the opening of the garment-region is unravel free and is roll-free, due to inclusion of, or proximity to, the thermally-fused thermoplastic yarn in the knitted fabric.

Abstract
Garment having seam-less elastic band or synthetic band, and system and method for producing such garment. A method of producing a seam-less elastic band (105) comprises: providing an un-folded elongated elastic strip (101); folding at the elongated elastic strip (101) at a folding point (102) to create a first strip portion (102-103) overlapping on top of a second strip portion (103-104) of the elongated elastic strip (101), wherein the first strip portion (102-103) and the second strip portion (103-104) meet at a meeting point (104); performing an ultrasonic operation at the meeting point (104) on said first and second strip portion to create the seam-less elastic band (105) detached from a remainder of the elongated elastic band (101). The ultrasonic operations comprise one or more operations, ultrasonic cutting, ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic bonding, or other suitable ultrasonic operations.

Abstract
A garment, bra, underwear, shaper, or other suitable articles of clothing, encircles a body part or a body organ of a human wearer. The back-side or back-region of the garment has three areas or five areas or other number of areas of differential elasticity and/or differential rigidness and/or differential support. In a demonstrative garment, a back-side region includes at least five areas: a central area having reduced elasticity; a right-side area having increased elasticity; a left side area having increased elasticity; a first intermediary area, located between the central area and the right-side area, wherein the first intermediary area has intermediate elasticity; and a second intermediary area, located between the central area and the left-side area, wherein the second intermediary area has intermediate elasticity.
