According to embodiments of the present invention, provided is an information output device comprising one or more information output units, wherein the information output unit includes: a driving source unit connected to a power source and arranged so as to allow current to flow; a representation unit formed and arranged so as to be perceived by a user; a base unit that accommodates the driving source unit and the representation unit; a first driving unit disposed in the base unit and driven by a current flowing in the driving source unit; and a second driving unit that is disposed between the first driving unit and the representation unit and rotatably disposed on the base unit, and transmits power to the representation unit while making angular or rotational movements according to the driving of the first driving unit.

The present invention relates to an information output device and method. A system for outputting information, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an information providing device for generating and providing, as one information packet, a series of information to be displayed; and a first information output device for outputting the information packet. The first information output device comprises: a memory for accumulating information packets provided by the information providing device; a conversion unit for converting the information packets accumulated in the memory into recognition information packets which can be recognized by a stimulus; an output unit for outputting the recognition information packets; and a control unit which, in response to a first condition, erases, in predetermined units, the information packets accumulated in the memory, and which, in response to a second condition, stops the erasure and retains information packets, from those before the occurrence of the second condition to the current information packet.

One embodiment of the present invention relates to an information output apparatus comprising at least one information output unit. Disclosed is an information output apparatus in which the information output unit comprises: a coil unit arranged so as to allow current to flow therethrough by being connected to a power source; a base unit formed so as to accommodate the coil unit; an expression unit formed and arranged so as to be sensed by a user; and a driving unit arranged in the base unit, spaced apart from and adjacent to the coil unit, and driven by the current flowing in the coil unit to move with an angular motion or a rotational motion, thereby moving the expression unit in a first direction towards the coil unit and in the direction opposite thereto.

The present invention relates to information output apparatus and method.
