Abstract

The present invention suitably assists operation by an operator even when a mobile information terminal device is used and there is a temporary disconnection in wireless communication with the mobile information terminal device. The present invention comprises: detection devices 11A, 11B, 11C which are held by movable parts 4, 5, 6 of a work machine and which acquire orientation information of the movable parts 4, 5, 6 via sensors and output the orientation information; a display unit 14 which displays assistance information for assisting operation by an operator; a main device 12 which acquires the orientation information from the detection devices 11A, 11B, 11C, which sends the orientation information via wireless data communication, which receives the assistance information via wireless data communication, and which outputs the assistance information to the display unit 14; and a mobile information terminal device 13 which receives the orientation information sent from the main device 12, which generates assistance information on the basis of the orientation information, and which outputs the assistance information to the main device 12. The mobile information terminal device 13 detects the amount of change in the orientation information necessary to achieve a construction target and outputs assistance information.

Abstract

The present invention appropriately manages a battery by driving a sensor by using the power of the battery, and by transmitting the results of measurement by the sensor by data communication using wireless communication. Detection devices 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D that operate on battery power are retained at moving parts 3, 4, 5, 6 of an operation machine 2; posture information of the moving parts 3, 4, 5, 6 is detected by sensors provided to the detection devices 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D and is transmitted from the detection devices 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D by data communication using wireless communication; assistance information for assisting operations by an operator is generated on the basis of the posture information transmitted from the detection devices 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D and is notified to the operator; remaining battery power information is acquired by the detection devices 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D; and on the basis of the remaining battery power information and an operation plan of the operation machine, battery replacement timing is projected and is notified to the operator of the operation machine 2.

Abstract

The present invention enables proper assistance of an operation by an operator even when a sensor is not disposed in the correct position. In a method for controlling a work assistance system 1 that assists work of an operator by using a machine guidance function, the work assistance system 1 comprises: a sensor unit 11 that is held by a moving part 5 of a construction machine 2 and acquires attitude information by using a sensor; and a portable information terminal device 13 that acquires, by means of data communication with the sensor unit 11, the attitude information acquired by the sensor unit 11, and that, on the basis of the attitude information, reports information for assisting an operation by the operator. The method for controlling the work assistance system comprises: an imaging result acquisition step SP2 for acquiring an imaging result from the moving part 5 having the sensor unit 11; an error calculation step SP5 for subjecting the imaging result to image processing to calculate a mounting error of the sensor unit 11 with respect to a reference mounting position; and a correction step SP6 for using the mounting error to correct the attitude information.
